In recent years, the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the workplace has become increasingly common. AI systems are now prevalent in various industries, from customer service chatbots to data analytics tools. As this technology continues to advance, it is essential to understand its impact on workplace dynamics. At present, I am working on a series of studies that look at the impact of AI on trust dynamics and prosicial behavior within the workplace.
