Hello! My name is Pearlyn Ng and I am a 2nd-year PhD student at the University of Waterloo, Canada. I receieved my MSc in Management with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Toronto Metropolitan University in 2022. I completed my BSc in Psychology at the University of Toronto in 2016. Feel free to explore this website to learn more about me and my work.

Research Interests
